Could your staff be a little bit friendly and cheerful? Some of your staff never smile to us, they dont look at us when they speak to us. No greeting and eye contact at all. Checking out is a really unpleasant moment for us.
    Lending Desk staff
    I was disppointed to read that you are not happy with the customer service you are receiving at the Lending Desk. Lending staff are expected to provide an efficient and accurate service delivered in a pleasant manner. I will advise staff of your feedback and request them to be more friendly and cheerful when working on the desk.
