Request an advisory session
If you have explored the online resources and attended workshops but still have questions about how to study, you may request an advisory session. Advisory sessions are an opportunity to work with a Learning Adviser to develop any of the following skills: reading, writing, presentations, self-management or revision and exam preparation.

Terms and conditions
- Advisory sessions are by appointment. Times depend on when a Learning Adviser is available.
- Sessions are up to 30 minutes.
- You may have up to four sessions per semester.
- Student Learning Services follows the University’s Use of Third Party Assistance in Undergraduate and Postgraduate Coursework: Guidelines for Students. You must read these guidelines before your advisory session.
