Flexible Service overview

The Library's Flexible Service supports students enrolled in courses recognised as being delivered flexibly in the current semester, and PhD students approved for off-campus study.

What is the Flexible Service?

  • The Library's Flexible Service enables eligible users to request the delivery of hard copy items from any University of Auckland library, and the electronic delivery of journal articles and book chapters, at no charge.
  • Library staff can provide advice on how to access other relevant Library services and resources.
  • Service conditions apply, and users are responsible for the cost of returning borrowed items to the Library.
