The legal treatises included analyse and examine the law on specific subject areas and encompass a range of theoretical and practical literature, some very rare, written by the influential writers, and key legal thinkers of the time including Bentham, Dicey, Blackstone and Holmes.
The searchable collection of texts includes a wide range of subjects: domestic and international law, legal history, business and economics, politics and government, national defence, military justice, criminology, religion, labour and social welfare.
