Associate Membership application and renewal
How to apply
- Choose your preferred category of Associate Membership.
- Either present your completed application form and evidence of your degree(s) at any library helpdesk, or scan and upload a copy as an attachment via Ask Us. People with special circumstances should apply in writing to the University Librarian.
- Once your application has been approved, you must pay the membership fee. This is not refundable.
- After your application has been processed, the Library will let you know how to obtain your Campus Card (ID) and/or username and password for electronic access.
Membership renewal
- Choose your preferred category of Associate Membership.
- Either present your completed application form and evidence of your degree(s) at any library helpdesk, or scan and upload a copy as an attachment via Ask Us.
- Once your renewal has been approved, you must pay the membership fee. This is not refundable.
