Associate Membership application and renewal

How to apply

  1. Choose your preferred category of Associate Membership.
  2. Submit your completed online application form, this includes a section to upload evidence of your degree(s). People with special circumstances should apply in writing to the University Librarian
  3. Once your application has been approved, you must pay the membership fee. This is not refundable.
  4. After your application has been processed, the Library will let you know how to obtain your Campus Card (ID) and/or username and password for electronic access.

Membership renewal

  1. Choose your preferred category of Associate Membership.
  2. Submit your completed online application form, this includes a section to upload evidence of your degree(s).
  3. Once your renewal has been approved, you must pay the membership fee. This is not refundable.
