This includes technical data sheets, application notes, and online manuals in pdf format. The site can be searched.

Multimedia Educational Resource for Learning and Online Teaching http://www.merlot.org/Home.po“MERLOT is a free and open resource designed primarily for faculty and students of higher education. Although the site was originally intended for standard "cookbook" circuits, so far there seem to be more "complete" circuits that get more specific than a "cookbook" circuit.
