A worldwide management and business database indexing and abstracting over 2,700 journals and magazines.  Useful information on property markets and evaluation. 
Auckland Cityscope
Auckland Cityscope includes descriptions and sales histories of more than 2,000 properties in Auckland Central and the north part of Newton (plus some buildings in Viaduct Harbour, Grafton and Parnell). Auckland Cityscope includes details of 1,078 buildings or sites and 1,006 office or retail strata units.

Australia/New Zealand Reference Centre

LinxPlus: Access via LexisNexis NZ
LexisNexis NZ hosts LinxPlus and is published by the District Law Society libraries of NZ. LinxPlus provides access to the full text of many unreported judgments and also indexes legal journal articles and books received by the Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch District Law Society libraries.
Maori Land Legislation Database
Provides a summary of all NZ legislation since 1840 (including private and local Acts) which has affected Maori or Maori land.  Gives brief notes on the historical context and the impact of each Act cited

ProQuest Dissertations & Theses
provides bibliographic citations and abstracts from doctoral dissertations and masters' theses. There are 2.5 million references to theses and dissertations from universities worldwide, especially from North America. Indexed from 1861, abstracts from 1980, and 750,000 full text theses from 1996. Cited by   Top of page

Web of Science Find who has cited a particular article or book. This is the main database to use. Good for tracking journal article citations. Use the Create citation alert feature to receive emails for any subsequent citing of a particular article. Also note the additional data available for citations e.g. ranking features, international spread for citations. Poor coverage of New Zealand journals.

Google scholar Look for Cited by links for some of the results.

Business Source Premier.  Has Times cited in this database links for some articles. It also has a Cited references button on the top of the page menu bar. Note that the cited bys are only to other items in the EBSCOhost database.

ScienceDirect  Look for the Cited by link for individual records. There is also a link to Cited by in Scopus for individual records. The cited by articles are only to those titles included in the ScienceDirect and Scopus databases.

Scopus is related to ScienceDirect. It has a clean search interface and it is easy to find the cited by link to the right side of each item in a results list.

Other databases to search for 'cited by' information are those that allow you to run your search through the full text or all text. Databases allowing you to do this include ABI/INFORM , Expanded Academic and Emerald.
