HISTORY

In 1903, the Professor of Music was authorised to buy Stg 4.15 worth of books. In 1968, music books from the General Library were transferred and added to the scores of the School of Music in Pembridge, a stately Victorian house . In 1986, the Music and Dance Library moved into a new building on Symonds St, especially designed for the School of Music. After several library system reorganizations the Music and Dance Library is now a member of the NICAI Group of Libraries.
