Frequently Asked Questions

Q: How do I log in to the library computers?
A: You'll need your NetID and NetAccount password to log in. If you have your student ID card, your library staff can tell you what your NetID is. If you have lost your password, library staff can issue you with a computer generated new one.

Q: Where can I print out my work?
A: After printing your file from a library computer, you’ll need to go to the print station in the lower level of the library and swipe your student ID card or enter your NetID and NetAccount password.

Q: Can I give you money to put on Net Account?
A: Yes, just ask one of the library staff and they will do that for you.

Q: How do I save files?
A: We recommend that you purchase a USB flash drive (memory stick) as they are much more reliable than CDs or floppy disks and hold more data. However, here in the library we sell CDs and floppy disks if you need them. Alternatively, you can save your work to the "H" drive from My Computer. Don't save your files to the desktop as other people can access them.
