- Problems importing records with a publication date of 2010
There is a known problem with EndNote X2 and earlier versions not importing publication dates of 2010 or later. This is not a problem for EndNote X3. Further information and a patch to fix X2 can be found from this FAQ. (Jan 2010)

- EndNote X3 available in 2010
The latest version of EndNote (X3) will be available at the University of Auckland in 2010. EndNote X3 will be installed on Library and Information Commons computers before the start of Semester One. X3 is the version that will be taught in the Library and the Student Learning Centre courses from February 2010. (Dec 2009)

- No Journal Title when Direct Exporting results from PsycINFO
If you are missing the journal title information when you export or import results from the PsycINFO database you need to go to the EndNote website and download the latest PsycINFO filter. (Oct 2009)

- Problems Importing Results from Emerald into EndNote X1
There is a known problem that means results from the Emerald Management Xtra database do not import into version X1 of EndNote. Go to the EndNote website and download the latest Emerald filter to fix this. (June 2009)

- Problems with the Online Search for the Library Catalogue
If you get the message 'name server error' when connecting to the Library Catalogue from EndNote you need to download a new connection file. Go to the EndNote -Catalogue page. (August 2008)

- Using Vista and Office 2007 and having a problem with Styles
Some EndNote X1 styles e.g. Chicago 15th A are not working correctly with Vista and Office 2007. You can download the latest style from the EndNote website if you are having problems. (June 2008)

- Problems with Authors when Direct Exporting results from Medline databases.
If you are getting results from Medline with repeat author names in the Author field then you need to download an additional filter. Go to the Extra Filters page and download the Ovid Auto Alerts filter. (December 2007)
