Request Help with EndNote

Library staff can provide Endnote functionality support to University of Auckland staff and students. Staff currently support versions X4 and X5.

It is expected that staff and students will have attended an EndNote Workshop or have completed an online tutorial for EndNote to gain basic knowledge of the software.

Students:

Please report your query to the IC Helpdesk by one of the following methods:

  • Fill in our EndNote Help Form;
  • Telephone to 3737599 x82333;
  • Visit the IC Helpdesk in person

    Queries will be picked up by Library staff, Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm. Staff will endeavour to send you a reply within three working days.

    Staff:
