All photocopiers in the University of Auckland Library operate in conjunction with Ricoh, Monitor and NetAccount.

Money is placed into an account linked to your University of Auckland ID or photocopy card.

Fixed Charges Top of page

Full colour laser photocopiers are situated on Level 1 of the General Library and in the Architecture and Fine Arts Libraries. Copying costs 25 cents per A4 and A3 page.

Printing from microfiche and microfilm readers costs 50 cents per A4 page.

No discounts apply to Fixed Charge rates.

Change is not available from the Library or the autoloaders. If you require change please use one of the banking facilities located around the campus.



Adding Value to Your University of Auckland ID Card Top of page

Use one of the Eftpos value add stations.

Or to add cash:

  1. Swipe your ID card through the autoloader.
  2. Wait for the Insert Money instruction.
  3. Insert money.

Credit can also be added at any of the Electronic Campus HelpDesks or Administration Stations.

Credit can be transferred between internet/printing/photocopying from the following website, note you must be logged onto Netaccount for this to work. https://admin.ec.auckland.ac.nz/Account/transferQuota.cgi.

Use your University of Auckland ID card to photocopy. Photocopying costs 10 cents per A4 and A3 page.

 


Adding Value to Your Photocopy Card Top of page

Use one of the Eftpos value add stations.

Or to add cash:

  1. Swipe your Copy Card through the autoloader at KEIC.
  2. Wait for the Insert Money instruction.
  3. Insert money.
  4. Swipe Copy Card again to end transaction and get a receipt.

Making Copies Top of page

  1. Swipe your card through the card reader on the photocopier.
  2. Place material to be copied face down on the glass and close lid.
  3. Select paper size required and number of copies and then press the green Print button.
  4. Press the FINISH button on the card reader to close your account after use.

To use card operated photocopiers, microfilm/fiche copiers and printers you must first purchase a card. Photocopy cards cost $2.00 each plus whatever value you add to your copy card account.

Lost or Damaged Cards Top of page

The ID card holder is responsible for any loss or damage to their University of Auckland ID card. Refunds will not be made if the card holder has been found to be negligent.

Report any loss or damage to your ID or photocopy card immediately to the Photocopy Office in the Photocopy Room on Level 1 of the General Library during office hours.

Monday - Friday: 8am - 6pm

After 6pm on weeknights and all weekend, patrons requiring assistance with photocopy services should visit the Electronic Help Desk on Level 2 of the Kate Edger Information Commons for assistance.
