The General Library Lending Desk 
The Lending Desk is located on Level G of the General Library, to the
right inside the
internal automatic doors.
New Books Display
A selection of recent additions to the Library can be found on Level G, adjacent to the Lending Desk.
The display is changed weekly on Wednesdays. New books can be reserved in
the normal way.
You can search for recent additions on Voyager by clicking on the New Books
button.
Book Returns
Book returns slots are located inside the Library on Level G, to the left inside the
internal automatic doors.
After
Hours book returns slots are located at street level on the Alfred St. side of
the Library building.

in Closed Access and Special Collections
Glass
Case, NZ Glass Case; Gilderdale, Price, Forder Collections; manuscripts and
archives: Access to these items is from the Special Collections Information
Desk, Level G.
Items
associated with books including diskettes, CDs, CD-Roms, videos, cassettes, and
kits: These
are held at the Lending Desk, Level G.
Theses
and
Compositions: Reference
only copies are available from the Lending Desk for same day loan for use in the
Library only. Please use the Booking Form to obtain this material.
A second borrowable copy of most theses is held in Off-Campus Storage.
Complete an Intercampus Library Delivery Service request form.

Collection
: This is a closed access collection of Greek and Latin classical works and
books on religious history. Enquire at the Lending Desk, Level G.
Off-Campus
Storage :
This is a collection of infrequently borrowed older items, Research Essays and
the second copy of most theses. Complete an Intercampus Library Delivery
Service request form.
